Return & Refund Policy

Quick answer: Every Glass Wall Decor piece is custom-printed to order, so we can't accept returns for change-of-mind on custom items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we cover a free replacement — no return shipping needed in most cases. You can cancel any order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it, before production starts.

1. Order Cancellations

Because each glass panel enters production shortly after checkout, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. To cancel, email info@glasswalldecor.com immediately with your order number. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, since the tempered glass has already been cut and UV-printed to your specifications.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All Glass Wall Decor products — including personalized photo prints, custom sizes, and made-to-order tempered glass wall art — are manufactured specifically for you after you order. As with other made-to-order glass art suppliers, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged or defective — see Section 3.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your glass wall art arrives cracked, scratched, misprinted, or otherwise defective:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery (US & Canada orders) or 14 days for other regions, at info@glasswalldecor.com or WhatsApp +90 551 463 66 27.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
  3. Please don't mount a damaged piece to the wall — once installed it's treated as accepted.
  4. Once verified, we send a free replacement at no additional cost. No need to ship the damaged item back in most cases; if a return is required, we'll provide instructions and cover the cost.

If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a verified damaged/defective item, we issue a full refund including original shipping.

4. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong design, size, or a piece is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days with your order number and we'll correct it with a free replacement or refund — your choice.

5. What Isn't Covered

  • Change of mind on a custom-made design, size, or color
  • Damage caused after installation (impact, improper mounting, mishandling)
  • Minor color variation between screen preview and printed glass, within normal printing tolerance
  • Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
