At Elyese, we want you to love your glass wall art. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@glasswalldecor.com. We will send a free replacement at no extra charge.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for return shipping.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-sized wall art
• Personalized glass wall art
• Custom cut glass wall art

These items are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
