1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. This includes standard products, custom-sized products, personalized products and custom photo prints.

2. Return Condition

Returned items should be in their original condition and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the return or replacement costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

8. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@glasswalldecor.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
