1. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no additional handling fee.
2. Processing Time
Each panel is made to order. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
3. Production & Fulfillment Origin
All of our tempered glass wall art pieces are custom-crafted, printed, and shipped directly from our primary manufacturing and fulfillment facility in Turkey:
Zafer Mah. Esenyurt Sok. No: 36 Elyese, 26220 Tepebaşı, Eskişehir, Turkey
By dispatching directly from our central production facility via premium express couriers (e.g., DHL / FedEx), we ensure strict quality control, vibrant UV printing standards, and fast global delivery (typically within 3–8 business days total).
4. Transit Time
Estimated transit time is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–8 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
6. Duties and Import Taxes
Where applicable, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
8. Made-to-Order Products
Every panel is produced specifically for each order, inspected before dispatch, and securely packaged for shipment.
9. Delivery Delays
Carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, peak shipping periods or other circumstances outside our control. If you need assistance with a shipment, please contact us.
10. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
