These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of glasswalldecor.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Elyese LLC ("Glass Wall Decor," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Glass Wall Decor sells custom-printed tempered glass wall art. Most products are made to order based on the design, size, and (where applicable) photo you select or upload. Because production begins shortly after checkout, please review your order carefully before submitting it — see our Return & Refund Policy for cancellation and damage terms.

Colors, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings and the nature of UV printing on glass. We take reasonable care to match your preview, but minor variation is not considered a defect.

3. Your Uploaded Content

When you upload a photo or image for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that image, or have permission to use and reproduce it, and that it doesn't infringe any third party's rights. By uploading, you grant Glass Wall Decor a limited license to use the image solely to produce and fulfill your order. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photography, site content, graphics, and branding on the Site are the property of Elyese LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute this content without our written permission. This does not apply to images you upload for your own custom order.

6. Shipping & Returns

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Wall Decor and Elyese LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Glass Wall Decor and Elyese LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your uploaded content infringing a third party's rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
