Quick answer: Every order is free shipping, shipped via FedEx or UPS across the United States and Canada. Production takes 1–3 business days before your custom glass panel ships, since each piece is printed to order.

1. Production Time

Glass Wall Decor pieces are custom UV-printed on tempered glass after you order — nothing is pre-made. Production takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

2. Shipping Cost & Carriers

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required. We ship via FedEx and UPS, selecting the fastest reliable service for your delivery address at no extra cost to you.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If your shipping address falls outside these regions, contact us at info@glasswalldecor.com before ordering.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your piece ships, you'll receive an email with your FedEx or UPS tracking number. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of the label being created.

5. Packaging

Each glass panel ships in reinforced, corner-protected packaging designed specifically for tempered glass, to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your item still arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy for a free replacement.

6. Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive within the carrier's standard transit window after shipping, weather, customs, or carrier disruptions can occasionally cause delays outside our control. We'll notify you by email if we become aware of a significant delay.

7. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us within 1 hour of ordering — once production starts, address changes may not be possible and reshipping costs may apply if a package is returned as undeliverable.
